--Nothing may be affixed or pinned to the left side of the cap (the side with the American Legion emblem.
--Military insignias (no rank), decorations, Legion pins, and patriotic pins may be affixed to the right side (the side opposite the American Legion emblem).
--When cap is placed on a table or other surface, the Legion emblem faces up.
